Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

MultiQuoteTime respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we look after your personal data when you use our website (multiquotetime.co.uk), what we do with it, and what rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

1. Who we are

multiquotetime.co.uk is operated by Multiquotetime Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14048779. Registered office: Floor 2, 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 1RJ.

2. Our two roles, and why it matters

Depending on which route you take through our website, your data is handled in one of two different ways. This affects who is responsible for it and who you would contact about it.

RouteWhat happens to your data
Comparison journeys
Most quote journeys on this site, where you are taken into a comparison system run by our partner.
You complete the form on their system, not ours. They are the controller for what you enter there, and their privacy policy applies. We receive only limited technical information about the referral.
Our own quote forms
Including the non-standard car insurance form for kit cars, imports, Q-plates and modified vehicles.
You complete the form on our website and we store your answers. We are the controller for that data, and we pass it to the broker named in section 6.

Sections 3 to 10 below describe what we do with data we hold ourselves, which means the second route plus the technical data we collect from anyone who visits the site.

We also do not ask about criminal convictions. Insurers need that information, so the broker will ask you directly when they speak to you, but we neither collect nor store it.

If you want to access or delete data you submitted inside a partner’s comparison system, you will need to contact that partner directly, as they are the controller for it.
