Which vehicles will QDOS Breakdown NOT provide cover for?

Vehicles used for private hire and reward or courier service. Motorbikes under 120cc and for 4 wheeled vehicle's engine capacity must be 3000cc or below. Vehicles with more than 8 seats. Vehicles with gross weight over 3500, 5,5 meter length, 3 meter high or 2.3 meter wide. For a comprehensive list of exclusions, you need to refer to the provider's terms and conditions.

Which levels of cover do QDOS Breakdown UK offer?

QDOS Breakdown UK offer 4 polices with different levels of cover with the UK.

  • Roadside & Local Cover : Roadside Assistance, Recovery up to 10 miles, Medical Transfer, Message Relay
  • Roadside & Local Cover & Home :  the above PLUS Homestart
  • Roadside & National :  Includes the above with the exception of HOMESTART. PLUS Nationwide Recovery , Onward Journey, Hire Costs , Bed & Breakfast, Theft Cover,  
  • Complete UK Recovery : Inlcudes all above plus HOME START

Does Eversure breakdown impose restrictions on the types of vehicles covered?

QDOS breakdown cover insurance is available for vehicles that are less than 3.5 tonnes, Cars and motorbikes under 20 years. Vans under 10 years old

Does QDOS Breakdown extend to multi car cover ( more than one car at the same address ) ?

This cover is aimed at providing you with national and also Euro wide breakdown cover for one year. National breakdown provides the roadside assist at various levels of cover. 

Does QDOS offer personal breakdown cover?

Yes, you can choose Personal Cover (one named person). This will provide breakdown cover for the policyholder for any vehicle that they choose to drive( within any policy limitations). It is not vehicle dependant.

In addition to the driver, the cover also provides cover for up to 7 passengers in the vehicle. An option is also available to add up to 4 people resident at the same address.
